Delivery charges

Standard delivery across the United Kingdom is free when the goods total is £100 or more after discounts. Below that threshold, standard delivery is £25. Express delivery is available for £25, including on orders that qualify for free standard delivery. The cart shows the selected method and total before payment.

Timing

Allow 2 working days of handling, followed by up to 7 working days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

Address checks

Check the delivery address before payment. Contact theteam@customersupport.care promptly if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
